Funda Guzel Kızıl did graduate from Istanbul University Business Administration Department in 2011 with highest honors (3.65 GPA), ranking 1st in her class. After graduating from the university, she completed Marmara University's Accounting and Audit Master's Program.

Funda Guzel Kızıl was an Auditor at Ernst & Young, running external audits and financial statement analysis for international companies, holdings and SMEs. Under Ernst & Young, Funda Guzel Kızıl did audit Schneider Electric, Nuh Cimento A. S., Total Oil, Aygaz Dogal Toptan A. S., Fox TV, Dogan Holding (financial reporting - specific project), Asya Emeklilik A. S., ING Bank Portfoy Yonetimi, ISAS, Akfa Holding, KAGIDER, Yapi Kredi Emeklilik A. S., Neova Sigorta ,Istanbul International Sabiha Gokcen Airport,C&A Moda and Green Life.Next, Funda Guzel Kızıl did transfer from Ernst & Young to Gratis as Internal Audit Specialist. She also worked in Group Florence Nightingale as Senior Internal Audit Specialist. Then, Funda Guzel Kızıl transferred from Group Florence Nightingale to General Mobile. She served in General Mobile as Internal Audit and Risk Supervisor. Following that, Mrs. Kızıl left General Mobile for Kızıl Auditing and Accounting Company and working here as Audit Manager.

Funda Kızıl gives lectures and provides education/training sessions at Kızıl Business School under Kızıl Auditing and Accounting Company. Financial Auditing, Financial Reporting, IFRS, Financial Analysis, Internal Auditing, Internal Control, Management Consultancy, Enterprise Risk Management, Risk Determination and Investigation, are some of the core specialities of Funda Guzel Kızıl. She has a great passion for accounting and has the motivation to improve herself continuously. Funda Guzel Kızıl's vision is to deepen her knowledge and increase her experience in auditing. Funda Kızıl currently holds CPA, CICA, CCS, ISO27001 Lead Auditor and ISO9001 Lead Auditor titles. Also, she is the Vice President of Institute for Internal Controls (IIC) Turkey.
